Join us for a powerful Google Meet conversation focused on athlete mental health, confidence, pressure, and performance. Our guest speaker played collegiate baseball and experienced firsthand how talented athletes can struggle when the mental side of the game begins to take over. That experience inspired him to pursue graduate studies in sport psychology to better understand how athletes respond to pressure, failure, adversity, and competition. Today, he works with athletes to help them: Build confidence Handle pressure and adversity Stay mentally focused during competition Develop resilience through failure Strengthen their mindset on and off the field This session is designed for athletes, parents, and coaches who want to better understand the mental side of sports and performance.
