Josh Morales

Josh Morales is the longest-tenured coach at West Coast and serves as the coordinator for all youth teams, from 9U through 12U. With multiple years of teaching and coaching experience — including two years coaching at Cooperstown — Josh brings a unique and valuable perspective to player development.

As the leader of West Coast’s youth program, Josh focuses on building a strong foundation for athletes by emphasizing athleticism, fundamentals, and baseball IQ. His dedication ensures that young players not only learn the game but also develop the tools and mindset needed to grow into well-rounded, competitive athletes.
